Our Guarantee

Ciao Bella Scooters Inc. is not the manufacturer of the products offered for sale on our website, and consequently is not directly responsible for upholding the warranties offered by the manufacturers. As a dealership working on behalf of the manufacturer, Ciao Bella Scooters will follow all guidelines required by the manufacturer to properly file and submit a warranty repair on behalf of our customer.

For our customers who have expired warranties, or the cost of repair is not covered under their manufacturer’s warranty, we offer a discounted labor rate of $35.00 per hour for up to two years after the purchase of their motorcycle or scooter.

It is highly recommended that all customers who purchase one or our motorcycles or scooters use premium gas only. Ciao Bella Scooters, as well as our manufacturers, will not guarantee labor or parts to fix damage associated with using the incorrect fuel. These parts include, but are not limited to pit cock, fuel filter and carburetor replacement or repairs.

Manufacturer Warranties

KYMCO USA offers a limited two-year factory warranty on their motorcycles and scooters and a one-year factory warranty on their ATVs.

CF Moto offers a limited two-year factory warranty on all their motorcycles and scooters manufactured since 2007.

Vento North America offers a limited one year/5,000 mile warranty on all their motorcycles and scooters manufactured since 2007.
